I guess the question would be what effectiveness would you lose by running 2 squads of 3 and putting the blue scribes in one of the three mans .

I can understand keeping the icons. It might help to know how you plan on splitting your waves. I was originally thinking you would be dropping both the pb's and the crushers in your first wave. But if you have them in separate waves I can see keeping both icons.
