Hiyas.

I just redid the turret on my "Urban" styled chimera. I had previously had a predator turret on her, but decided to update the build a bit after I finished my latest scratch build.

The new turret is...reminiscent of FW style ones, altho I was not working from direct inspiration ( ie I wasn't looking at the pics, but have viewed them previously)

I like adaptability. So the turret is magnetized for on the fly changes. Including a pintle stubber.

You will also notice the magnetized custom dozer, and side armor. I just found that my extra turret weaps also fit nicely underneath for storage. The turret HB is also scratch built, my do I loooove sprue!

The new turret is interesting. And the magnets are a great idea (especially on custom work).

But the dozer blade looks like a corn harvester to me (immediate thought when I saw it). I think its that the blades are so long...

I'm in agreement with WG. And now that he's mentioned the corn harvester...it's all I can see from the dozer... >.>

The turret look great though. I like the longer profile. Though I think widening it a bit would be more aesthetically pleasing (not to mention practical for the crew!).

WE WILL HARVEST YOUR SKULLS!!!!

For the Emperor...yeah...

I like the turret, I dislike that dozer blade. Looks like a hair buzz cutter thingy...

Its a good build yes, but I would recomend changing the blade to be shorter prongs.

love the turret and the changable weapon idea!
i'm doing something similar with my sentinels.
i think the dozer is too large as well, but i like
the overall design of the dozerblade's shape.

well I can't believe no one likes my dozer blade :(

I guess I'll go cry!

but seriously, 40k tanks are supposedly modified tractor STCs correct? I can't help the way my forgeworld built it. Silly tech-priests.
