So.I was knocking around the Idea of building a Traitor guard force (Nurgle based ) And was wondering if the old LATD rules were still viable (I've been out of the loop for a while".
Secondly,I didnt want to just take plastic cadians and model zombie heads and bits on 'em(although I'll probly knock off a few squads that way),I was thinking of using steel legion minis although that can get pricey.
Also, any one know were I can find "gas mask" type heads, sorta like death korpse ,as I saw these and thought they would fit well in the look I'm going for.
Any feed back/Ideas apreciated.thanks

Although, like with the way the Space Wolf Codex still works with the new Marine Codex, there's no reason the LatD list can't work with the hew 'Chaos' Codex.
Only problem is GW has made the list invalid, so it's illegal.

Yeah, there is no armory so you get to have lots of naked vets / bosses. So without significant tweaking, it can't be done without pick up game players going "Huh?".
Look to Apocalypse to built your LatD. There is a LatD datasheet and you can use the daemons from the Daemon Codex + Troops from the IG and CSM codecies.
Look at Pig Iron heads. Lots of good pewter, cheap heads on the Warstore.com

Apoc isn't the answer. Ever. And that LatD datasheet was an insult to LatD players.
If you want to do Traitor Guard, then Siege of Vraks Parts I and II (so, Imperial Armour Volumes 5 and 6) have decent Traitor Guard armies. Not Lost & The Damned, as they're very different to Traitor Guard, but actual Traitor Guard.
If you want them to be Nurgle Based you could even do as you've spelt it above - the Death Korpse of Kreig (Rather than Death Korp). Very Nurgly.

Actually,I'm more interested in building a Traitor guard force more so the a LATD force,so the Imperial Armour list seem to be the way to go.
"Death Korpse" LOL,yeah slight spelling blunder but your right,it would be very Nurgly
thanks for the input.

I haven't really gone over the differences between the IA5 and the IA6 lists, but it seems that they're both similar in their Guard units, they just differ in the 'flavour' units, so the original one has a small Alpha Legion contingent, and this new one has a small World Eater contingent. The final Vraks book, IA7, should have the same list but with a Nurgle contingent.
