I like it.
Why only 1 melta gun in the Celestians? Should maybe dump the Veteran Sister Superiors in the Dominions to get 2 melta guns for the the Celestians for more meltas for toasting land raiders.
I would go Melta Heavy Flamer on the Sisters squads for some anti ork roasting action but you have alot of immolators so maybe dual melta is good here.
I would go dual melta on the ISTs also.
If its for Finals might want to run a psychic hood on the Inquisitor Lord, the new space marines have some psychic powers you might want to stop.
Also what store do you play at in NJ. Saw your wood elf list and was looking for more fantasy players.

Inquisitor Lord w/ no 'Hood, why not just take another Elite Inquisitor to save points?
IST w/ Plasma Guns should either have Meltaguns or Flamers, Plasma Guns are so 4th Edition

I agree with Kirika that the celestian units should have two meltaguns instead of just one, and that the ISTs should have melta instead of plasma. I also think the extra heavy flamers would be a good idea.
I would suggest that you drop the rhinos from the IST units. This will give you enough points to buy a third IST unit. Then all three IST squads can ride in the heavy support immolators. This will decrease the number of tanks by 2, but it will increase the number of scoring units by 1 and the number of special weapons by 2. It should also give you the extra points you need to buy the extra meltaguns for the Celestian units.

If you want 2 Daemon Hunter Inquisitors for the Mystics one has to be a lord because you can only ally one HQ, one Elites, 2 Troops and 1 Fast choices. I agree if you can find the points for the hood it might be a good addition.

I would run
The living saint with a unit of 8 seraphim + evisorator/twin flamer
5 units of 10 sisters in rhinos
3 exorcists
Elite DH inquisitor in Land raider with 2 mystics
You then have something like 300 pts to play with and should take a unit of grey knight troops to help vs horde orks.
But then its not like I know anything about doing well with sisters

I agree with Kadun - IST's should have meltas or flamers.
Also, you can (if you so desire) run the IST's without dedicated transports - and place them in the HS Immolators ... freeing up more points for elsewhere.

I agree with the point about the hood on the inquisitor lord, that never actually crossed my mind.
I hesistate to change the plasmas to meltas or flamers, Their my only REAL way of dealing with a hoard of TMC's or the avatar. I never actually planned to take them out of my rhino's they can roll up and rapid fire and take no return damage. I don't want to add a squad and put them in my immolaters because that would reduce the number of tanks I have by 2 and they wouldn't be able to fire both plasma's from my inside my tank. I also use the empty immos to screen the rest of my army.
I like kirika's idea of getting a seconnd melta in my celestians by dropping the vet superiors in my dominions.
If I were to run your list Frgsinwntr I would have to go on a shopping spree and that's not really an option.

They can't fire both plasma guns from inside a rhino. The WH rhino has only 1 fire point.

Also in 5th edition, you can no longer move 12" and shoot from inside the Rhino, you have to disembark to be able to shoot. I know, its dumb.

I'm aware that I can only fire if I move 6" thats not an issue. But I didn't know that Which Hunter Rhinos only have 1 fire point. I guess that was a "N00B" mistake on my part.

Marine Rhinos only have 1 fire port - but it's the top hatch and allows 2 models to fire from it.
