Who else is looking forward to this game coming out on Oct 21. And will be playing it non stop. Hopefully my mom bought me the special edition as it has the Master Chief Medieval Armor. (Just like it sounds, armor based off the Chief)

I never played the first one but the sequel looks beautiful. What kind of game is it? Off the top of my head it looks a little like Oblivion, but only in the fantasy sense.

Its an RPG, you have a character and you can increase stats in three areas melee (Swords etc.) ranged (guns), and magic.

I played the first one and was not impressed. Interesting ideas, pressed into a boring mission concept.
"Hero, there is a new quest card for you at the heroes guild." That was just plain stupid for a game with such high ambitions.
Fable 2 looks very promising, but I'll wait for the reviews. Unfortunatly for me, it arrives the same day as the new Spider-Man game, and that one looks all kind of awesome. Let's just hope they don't mess it up, like the last 3 games

It looks alright. Like the first one it looks like a solid arcade adventure thingie with rpg trappings. I might get it if I want to play a game and am bored with Fallout 3 and Warhammer Online.

I haven't played Fable yet, but appearantly once again, it fails it live up to the hype....
But it also seems that Web of Shadows sucks pretty bad, so I guess I just wait for Nuts and Bolts to come out in a few weeks.

Just picked this game up the other night. So far it's meeting my expectations. Nothing REALLY impressive, but just as good as the first with some improvements. I particularly like the "breadcrumbs" that allow you to find your way back to your actual mission, after you've explored for a bit.

I played through it twice, once good and once evil. I liked it overall, but it was pretty easy.
It will probably be released on PC eventually. The first Fable was.
