Hello all,

I'm building a O&G army and i want to use Grumlok's model to lead it, but there are no rules for them so i cant realy use the goblin, Gazbak.
It is realy a great model but i like "What you see is what you get" even if its not realy needed as much for fantasy as it is for 40k but i'm realy concidering removing gazbak from his shoulder.

Do you think its a waste or should i go for it?

This is the model

I say leave him there. It is a nice addition to the model and lets people know if the orc gets hungry he has a snack :p

It's nice Fluff for the model regardless if rules exist to justify him being there.

Why don't you do some clever pinning so you can make him detachable, everyone's a winner!

That way you could even use him as a character himself and take him off when he dies.

I am working on converting this miniature to be suitable for 40k. That gobbo was the first thing to go.

He comes off pretty easy with a jeweller's saw and a bit of file work, but you need to add a bit of extra armor plating to the top of the shoulder where he was to compensate.

I dont think i could pin him back on or use the gobbo at all if i remove it, but i think ill get him off seeing the messages here.

Keep him, just give your warboss Nibbla's 'Itty Ring, so he can cast 'eadbutt every turn.

My friend gave me his mini so I have two Grumlok models. I was thinking about cannibalizing the second model for the ax. It's a very sweet bit.

Don't chop up the model if you hope to sell it on eBay for loads of money as a collector's item in 5 years.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

do they have attack squigs in fantasy? if so just use the rules for it. if not who cares, tell people to pretend he's not there if you dont want to chop it off. do what you want to man.

I think it is OK to leave that little bugger on. I mean, Grots are everywhere. I added a Snotling to the shoulder of one of my Nobz ON PURPOSE to look cool - as for you, the job is already done.

If it really bugs you, just count him as an Ammo Runt or something.

TYRANID ARMY and more for sale. Many Price Drops. 40K and More.
