I am starting up an Empire Army based upon the Soldiers and students at the Engineering College. And i have found a good amount of fluff but wish to find more. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I remember there was some article in White Dwarf or something around the time of Storm of Chaos about all kinds of weird inventions out of Nuln. I also remember them as having a rather bad Skaven problem.

Sigmar's Heirs (a guide to the Empire)
Forges of Nuln (lost and the damned part II)
have both got good stuff in them.
Basic points to remember about Nuln:
Formerly the Capital before the Reikland Princes became Emperor and moved to Altdorf.
Home of the Imperial Gunnery School (Altdorf is home to the College of Engineering, so you may want to go more cannon, less steam tank and other wierd crap)
Cool (and easy to paint  ) black colour scheme.
Ruled by Elector Countess Emmanuelle von Leibewitz, who also rules Wissenland (so if you want to include some archers, militia etc in Wissenland grey that's very fluffy)
Birthplace of Magnus the Pious, so has a devoted Sigmarite community (go warrior priests  )
Thats all I can do off the top of my head, but fluff-wise it makes a great dwarf-style army with lots of infantry and cannon.

if i recall manslayer corectly they have this ritual where when they forge a canon they mix in with the bronze the ashes of a dead master gunner that is poured in by a warior priest so mabey you should name your canons. hope that helps.
