♠ Firstly, it says that a scourge sybarite can be given additional equipment from the armory. does this mean i can give him a dark lance and thus have a squad of 5 scourges all with this weapon?

♠ Say for example, on a dark eldar lord's profile it says he can have any equipment from the armory. does this really include jetbikes and hellion skyboards?

♠ So technically, can anyone with "can be given any equipment allowed from the Dark Eldar armory" take options like jetbikes and darklances?

They can take stuff out of the Armory page which means they can have Hellion Skyboards and Jetbikes but no Dark Lances.

Are Dark Lances on the Armoury page? No, so you can't take them on Characters.

Otherwise, go crazy on the Jetbikes / Skyboards.
