Telion has stealth. Does he confer the power onto his unit?

.Only a fool believes there is such a thing as price gouging. Things have value determined by the creator or merchant. If you don't agree with that value, you are free not to purchase.

No. It does not say he confers it onto the unit, therefore his unit does not benefit from essentially free camo cloaks. See pages 48 and 74 of the rulebook.

I am not convinced by the arguements that says Telion gives the unit his stealth bonus. There are no lines that expressly says he does, which to me indicates he does not.

Are there any other character's who have rules that would apply to the whole unit?

Yes, but they either explicitly say so(like Shrike) or the USR is passed on as per the USR rules.

I honestly believe it only applies to Telion. This reminds me of the 4e grenade thing. Remember where only one guy needed one, and the whole unit benefited.

4000+ pts (Daemonhunters)

I've changed my mind after re-reading the entry for Stealth in the rulebook and the arguments in the other Telion thread. As long as Telion is alive it seems that his squad gets +1 to cover saves.
