Can't seem to find anything online. Either that, or I'm not looking right.

It was about 118 million according to the BBC website. That figure may go up as late votes are counted.

CNN lists the vote total for Obama and McCain at 119.5 million with 97% precincts reporting.

As of right now according to the CNN site the total Presidential Vote count is ... 120,841,617. About 1/3 of the population, but there are still many more votes to be counted and write ins EDIT: Sorry didn't see RanTheCid's response ... stupid non-refreshing browser

I don't know how many registered voters there are actually. It'd be hard to find that number since some states (like WI) allow you to register when you vote.
Yes they have decided to actually count the military vote which will be counted over the next week or so from what I hear.
Oh and the numbers are up to 122,121,539. I don't think this is the turn out that was "expected" for this election either.
