After some playtesting, this is my current list:

-HQ-

Corbulo = 100

Chaplain w/ Meltabombs = 105

-Elites-

8 Death Company (3 Free) = 150

Terminator Squad w/ Heavy Flamer, Chainfist
in Drop Pod = 260

Dreadnought w/ Multimelta, Heavy Flamer = 130

-Troops-

10-man Tactical Squad w/ Flamer, Sergent w/ Powerfist, Meltabombs
in Rhino = 265

10-man Tactical Squad w/ Meltagun, Sergent w/ Power Weapon, Meltabombs
in Rhino = 260

-Fast Attack-

Attack Bike w/ Multimelta = 50

Attack Bike w/ Multimelta = 50

-Heavy-

Vindicator w/ Storm Bolter = 130

Land Raider Crusader w/ Storm Bolter = 255

Basically the Chaplain, Corbulo, and the DC ride in the Land Raider and are delivered into the enemy to contest forward objectives. They are supported by the Dreadnought, Vindicator, Attack Bikes, and Terminators.

The Rhino born Tactical Squads play conservatively and only attack to capture objectives.

Thanks for your comments.

It looks to have a good deal of whallop, but I just wonder if as a Blood Angels army, only having the DC is enough assaulting units? There's no doubt that with Corbulo and he Chappy, the DC is gonna hit HARD tho.

sorry assumed you ran your DC with Jump packs and didn't read.

I don't like this list for the reason it lets your opponent decide what to shoot at easily.

Turn 1 what targets to they see?

1) LR with Corbs/chaplain/DC
2) Dread with relatively short range
3) Rhino # 1
4) Rhino # 2
5) Vindicator
6) Bike 1
7) Bike 2

Lets analyze this from the KP style mission. Lets say I am running a regular marine list with 2 preds with autocannon/ sponson las. my first target? The LR with 4 Las cannons. its going down to the 4 las cannons not to mention the other stuff I have that could deal with it. This keeps your DC/CORBS/Chaplain far away from me where I can deal with them on a later turn. 1 KP earned
The rest of your army is mid range or worst... and they get taken down from range or countered when they get close by tac squads with a melta gun in them. You are going to play catch up from turn 1 vs a good player... my Point, Jump pack DC is better in almost every way.

ok, lets do this from an objective based mission....
you have 2 scoring units... I shoot their transports which are only AV 11... and they aren't going to get to the objectives. I then deal with half your army you stuffed into one LR as I take 2 objectives to your none since you aren't getting to them.... my point 2 troop choices IS NOT ENOUGH

my suggested list
Dante
Corbs (remember kiddos he can run/travel in a rhino!)
3 squads of 5 in rhinos with PF
2 assault squads with a fist in them
6-8 MM attack bikes for anti tank
max DC with Jump packs

Why would you even want to take expensive Heavy support choices in this list when your fast attack bikes do the job better and for less?!

But you can play the way you want

just a few things...

1. why does a LR need support from a dread, bikes, and a vindicator? isn't it av14 all around? it should be supported by smoke launchers for a first turn rush up the middle, or for a turn where you can't find cover to hide behind, for a 4+ cover save.

2. Rhinos 'conservatively' hanging out at your end of the table... please... repaint your marines blue. What's the point of even playing Blood Angels if you aren't going to take advantage of their special rules? assault marines and normal troops... yes please... 10 extra hard marines in the death company... yes please. furioso dreadnaughts?! uhm... please make mine a death company dread with an extra d6 attacks for 4 to 6 (+1 for charging) S10 attacks on MC and vehicles or ICs...

3. you have 2 scoring units, hanging out at the back of your table while a poor army backbone to run up the middle and take forward objectives. I don't know about you... but when placing objectives... i place mine as close to the others as i can...

4. your fast attacks units consist of 2 'squads' of 1 attack bike with a MM... for 25 more points you can get a speeder with a MM and a Cyclone missle launcher... yes i'll take one of those as well...

5. you're not playing to blood angels strength, which is speed... their tanks get a chance at an extra 6 inches with no penalties to shooting... their normal troops get jump packs... the death company have a chance for jump packs for 5 points a model? why wouldn't you get these?

6. you apparently have not caught onto the amazing that is terminators with thunder hammers... sure the heavy flamer is nice... so is dropping in terminators who get to stand in a nice little bunch and have a fire prism plate dropped right on top of them.

to be honest, i can understand that if these are the models you have to work with.... then that's all good and fine. but honestly... if you are going to play the way you are... just repaint them blue... or hell rename them omega marines or soomething, i don't know... and call the DC sternguard vets.
