Its saturday night.
Nothing on TV.
No money or even want to go out (had a baby shower for the wife this afternoon).

Looks like LOTR Fellowship of the Rings extended edition and wheel my painting table out into the lounge for some work on my BA heroes...

Anyone living a more exciting life?

It's still Saturday morning here in the UK.

I had planned to go and see the Lord Mayor's Show, but the weather looks pretty rotten, so instead I may go and pick up a load of plastic model supplies and build a kit.

Damn.
Wife beat me to the DVD. Looks like I have another 80 minutes of The Devil Wears Prada before I get to watch LOTR. :(

And a choice of caeser salad or chocolate slice for dinner... decisions, decisions.

It has a chocolate biscuity base (crunchy) with chocolate icing and icing sugar on top. The one we have also has marshmallows in it.

Hmm...I do love a good Caesar salad, especially with anchovies. But that looks pretty tempting as well.

It's saturday morning about 4:30 and Im at work... someone shoot me. Oh and your pic isn't showing... though maybe it is my y work computer running IE6-ish.

We (myself and the good lady wife) generally kick back with a good red, dinner and cable (or one of the several hundred SF dvds we've got) - or catch up on tv shows we've already recorded that week but haven't got around to watching (like Bones or Spicks and Specks or CSI:Everywhere).

I'm going round a girly friends tonight. Only decision I have to make is whether or not to, urmm...take my 'raincoat' with me.

Even though it puts a jinx on the whole thing, I think I will. Rather be safe than a Parent!
