Nope. They are Immune To Psychology, and no unit that is Immune To Psychology may elect to Flee.

They can however, provided it would be of use, elect to Stand And Fire, as can Undead.

TK are only allowed to stand as a charge reaction...now if vamps just had a shooting weapon.

Banshee Wail is ranged, and can stand and fire (in your face Skirmishers!)

what page is that written? The stand and shoot part, I was told otherwise. I'm new to fantasy.

The rulebook gives any unit which is charged three options- flee, hold, or stand and shoot (if all the charging units are more than half their charge range away before moving).

The rulebook states that any unit which is Immune to Psychology cannot choose flee as a charge reaction.

The Tomb Kings book specifically restricts its units to only Hold as a charge reaction.

The OLD VC book (replaced this year) had the same restriction as the TK book. The new one does not.

VC and Daemons have no individual restrictions on their charge reactions, but are Immune to Psychology, so are forbidden by the core rules from fleeing as a charge reaction.

For the Banshee wail check out the Banshee decriptor page. In the explanation of banshee wail it states that you can use the wail as a stand and shoot reaction.

She can even wail into a combat, including one she is involved in. Horrific little unit that. Just as well the minimum cost is a significant investmet!
