Yes, why not? They wouldn't have the usual crack in their armour and guts hanging out though. You could always put some rot on with GS or some guts if you have the bits from the WH zombie plastics.

the thing is i never done green stuff before,il probaly do the glue to make it look like a bloated stumach, could you use GW plastic glue for that or does it have to be super glue.

id imagine it would really matter. but if your wanting it to be raised up a bit i wouldnt suggest using super glue as that stuff is like water. try some thicker glue for that trick, and smear it around a lil bit. good luck and show us some pics when your done!

Shouldn't be a problem, just depends on how picky your opponent is...

I actuly prefered to use the CSM plastics to build my Death Guard rather than use the available metal ones,IMO the metal Death Guard are far to small and truely not all that "Nurgly" for my taste.
You could always shell out the money for the Forgeworld Death Guard conversion kit, pricey, but they look great.
As SonsOfLoki stated the use of PVA glue and sand makes for great effects.
Also, don't be afraid of trying green stuff, takes a bit of practice but GW and Dakka both have some fairly good "how to"articles on making boils, pustuels and other suitably nurgley effects with GS.
Good luck spreading Grandfather Nurgles love.

Loctite make a gel type superglue that can make ok looking intestines really easily.
Combine that with the rust/rot technique and you're golden!

Just get some paint on your models (spray white then wash thrakka green) and it will be obvious that they are plague marines.

I would find it a little hard to play against unconverted, unpainted csms as plague marines.

I bought a box of Zombies and mixed in some rotting heads, and glued on some intestines, as well as some wasted rotted arms and the like. They're obviously not normal Chaos Marines, and it's cheap and easy. I've run them in tournaments more than once and never had a problem.
The new box is even better because it gives specific nurgle heads and stuff.

thanks for the advice guys ive been thinking about green stuff and if someone would kindly give me a link to one of these "how to make nurgle stuff" threads it would be a great help.
