Just curious...When a unit attempts to break from close combat with hit and run...is the test required VS Terminators? Terminators are unable to make sweeping advances therefore not taking initiative tests when their opponent loses close combat. Does this mean that units with terminator armor cannot pass initiative tests vs their opponents or that they will simply never make a sweeping advance (but still take initiative tests vs hit and run)?
I'm inclined to think that the initiative test is still required for hit and run vs units in terminator armor, but I was curious to know other peoples' opinions.

Ummm. Not 100% sure what you are asking here...
To my knowledge (I may be wrong) it's the unit with Hit and Run which must take the test in order to disengage, not the enemy?

... yes you need to test ... think of it less like the terminators running after them and more like the terminators grabing them before they can run off, so your guys take the test to duck away from them

For hit and run you must take an initiative test to disengage...which, unless I am wrong, you and your opponent roll a dice and add your initiative and if your roll is higher you escape.

Nope, an Initiative Test is done on your own Initiative, 6 always being a failure, 1 always being a pass, and otherwise having to score equal or under your Initiative.
Hope this helps!
