heres a heavily converted deffdread, as well as his personal transport, a truck on legs!
still wip, but what do you guys think?

He's got chicken legs! He can join the kroot and lords of change in the club of "things in warhammer that look like chickens but are also really dangerous."

The real problem with the legs is that they make him a little too tall for the stubby dreadnought arm.
Is there any way you could lengthen it, or give it some kind of extended weapon? Or, alternatively, make a right arm that looks better at killing stuff that's as tall as it is? If you weren't planing on putting a right arm on him, I would strongly recommend it.

The spider truck looks really good. It's an interesting design, that's for sure. I would take off those stars of chaos though. Maybe consider roughing those legs up a little too; they still have that ornamental chaos look to them.

just curious are you going to be "orkyifying" the defiler legs out of curiosity, i know its WIP at the moment i just think the armour plates on the leg stand out too much and might need some glyphs etc on them

The Dread's ok. It's not bad, but I've seen Space Marine to Ork konversions I like better.

Now the Truck on the other hand. That's just too cool.

Love the trukk so far, but it could definitely benefit from some Orkifying. I would replace the leg armour with random battered panels, and shave off the chaos symbols.

i too like the trukk, but i also REALLY like the deffdred. i know its WIP and obviously missing and arm or 3(thats the way i like um!) seriously i may just steal that idea with the sentinal legs

I like the Dread. What head did you use for it?

yeah, the dredd would look better with the fist arm extended somehow (A GW oildrum might be around the right size?), and I'd give it longer 'fingers' as well, representing the mek 'improving' the looted dreadnought.

I too would like to see the trukk more orkified - even if it's a looted vehicle I think the mek would have at least stuck orky gylphs over the chaosy bits. You could even consider removing the spike feet and replacing them with orky walker-style feet? Personally I'd remove all the leg spikes

Looks good, but i'd rethink 'the danglies'.

Can we get a BUNCH more pics of the Walker-Trukk, please? All sides, including top and bottom preferred.

the dread was built around a heavily chopped up deffkopta, using bits from a heavily chopped up AOBR dread and a sentinal.
the head is just the included kopta pilot head.

I'm in the proccess of building a big claw for the dreads right arm, anyone got some tips on making orky armour and general worky bitz, such as limbs, with plasticard?

for the left arm, i think i'll leave it as is, just some more dakka and armour plating.

all iv'e really done to the truck is glue the trukk chassis to the defiler torso, i'm planning on adding a lot of armour and stuff to the front section especially, but i'm running out of good bitz to use.

i'm thinking of using parts from that new battlewagon to beef them up a bit, maybe another walker trukk but with a big gun on the back instead?

The trukk needs a skorpiun tail. With a huge gatler or something on it.

ok i've more or less finished 1 leg, i'll repeat a similar style across the other 3 legs.

The dread is not bad either and I like the concept. It's giving me ideas for a Warboss for my Deff Skullz.
