Mobile artillery = Stegadons and salamanders, wait for lizardmen book.

And I suggest them to you as well sir. Chaos has very little ranged ability, avoid them.

Empire are a good option if, like me, you find the Dwarven form of warfare a little too dull. Not an east army to wield by any means, but I've always found them fun to use!

I would suggest Lizardmen, just because the new models look awesome.
But, I guess Dwarves would probably be the way to go. Damn little guys taking all the Lizardman glory.....
