I'm thinking about getting a couple of Heralds of Tzeentch on chariots, to have nice mobile icons and shooting platforms. Since there is no model for them already I was wondering if there's a chariot base out there that I should use, make my own, or can I just put a herald on a disc and have 2 screamers next to it? I eventually plan to have them looking good with their own bases regardless, but there's a local tourney thanksgiving weekend, and I have too much to do between now and then to do them up properly before then (fortunately there's no painting requirement for it this time around.)

I don't think anyone will complain, but some might argue that the WFB book does show a cobbled together Tzeentch chariot.
So, if you have two 50x50 square bases, I'd suggest using that--put the disc on one and put the two screamers on the other.

Oddly enough, I just looked and saw a "Large Oval Bases" entry on GW's site which does look suspiciously like it's intended as a round chariot base.

Edit: Unless it's a LotR base like Apone pointed out. But still, it might be worth trying to avoid the horror of square bases in 40k.

It's the LoTR Dragon base. But sounds like a good use for it.

GF9 has some magnetic chariot bases... 50x100. You can also make your own with a pair of 50 by 50's or 4 Cav bases, etc.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.
