The 10 man tactical and Kantor go ithe 2nd raider and both of the raiders plow straight at the enemy in case you were wondering what they were for.
The sternguard drop and kill any mobile anti tank.
The vindis are mostly there for nob bikers.
The 2 raiders are there for all the rest of the infantry in the game.
The termies are a counter charge and my anti nidzilla.
Kantor because of his 12" bubble of + 1 A and scoring sternguard FTW
Everything else should be self explanatory.

Can anybody think of a possible list that someone would find at the GT that could beat this.

You have to get rid of 250 pts almost to even play it in a gt.

That will make a big difference somewhere...so basically we havent even seen the list yet.

Looks like simply another space marine list so far, nothing cheesy or "super powered" about it.

I used the GT as a refference but if was to play in the GT I would probably drop the sternguard and a razorback (beleive it or not the sternhuard don't do that much they drop down kill or injure something and die. They don't drop down to die letting the resst of my force advance unscathed instead they are actually "oh look infantry now all the guns in my army that were useless have something to do!" Failing that they get assulted and die.

They really just give away 2-3 KP's to kill a squad not worth it IMO.

I find it suprising that you consider this an average marine army I would consider that to be something like razorback spam or drop pod marines.

There's just nothing that innovative or surprising about it. Nothing jumps out at me saying "I'm Awesome!" 2 vindies and 2 LR's are a threat, sure, but there's just nothing cheesy here as you indicated in the title, least-wise nothing a handful of melta cannot handle. I REALLY dont see anything "Uber" about the list.

Why are you taking Kantor?

Vulcan would be better with thunderhammers and meltaguns you are using.

Okay it's not like i'm here to change your opinion on marine power builds just to get some critiques on the list and find out what builds would be able to beat this, no offence taken.

I chose Kantor because he...
A. gives a 12" bubble of awesomeness
B. has a power fist something that will help against nob bikers and monsterous creatures
C. Vulkans abilty only applies if I replace chapter tactics and chapter tactics is crucial due to all of this short ranged firepower.

do you mean combat tactics?

you do realise that pedro replaces combat tactics with stubbon right? you dont get the choice. in which case, instead of breaking from combat so the rest of your army can shoot the enemy, you will stay there.

either way, there is nothing particularly powerful about this list. yeah, it has some good stuff in it, but thats not hard. why one of your 10 man tacticals doesnt have a special and a heavy weapon is beyond me (theyre free!). there arent any sternguard in the list (maybe there were before, but you should probabaly remove references to them). appart from your small terminator squad, youre not very good in combat. you have basically no ranged anti-tank (2 lascannon at 1750pts is not nearly enough, and no, vindis dont count). the thing you care passable at doing is killing horde. this is the sort of list id expect from the guy down at the FLGS that thinks he can make a good army.

Fair enough if you feel that way. Kantor doesn't HAVE to replace combat tactics does he so I may just use Vulkan or a plain old chapter master.

2 las cannons, 2 melta guns, 2 ramming landraiders, and yes 2 vindicaters do count. I feel this enough anti tank.
