I'm playing around with the idea for an ork stompa. Here's a large yogurt tub with a spray can lid on top with a Boy standing next to it for scale. Does this look about right? If so, I'll add posts for the arms next and figure out what I want to do for the feet.

i would say that looks pretty good size wise, maybe it could be a little bit taller?

Looks a touch narrow.
A pair of 1/2 yogurt containers would have a better diameter.

It'll be slightly taller with feet and extra stuff on top of the head

The scale feels great to me.

Just make sure you give him some wide, bulky feet.

Looks a little thin, but it will probably look right when it's fleshed out a little more.

Stompas should probably be a little larger than a baneblade.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

I swapped out the yogurt tub for a small kids pail. Same height, but wider at the base.

whos to say what size it should be, orks dont exactly follow a template. As long as it looks super-heavy then you're good to go. A lot of stompas seem to be bigger than they should be. Remember that concept art for a plastic stompa? that was nowhere near gargant sized.

If you have access to say, Tic Tac mints.. those containers might just work for the feet...

I have some end pieces from some wood blinds. I may cut the corners off those and use those for the basis of the feet.
