Quick and dirty, this one.

Doctrines:

Light infantry
Drop Troops
Vets
iron discipline
ratlings

HQ:
Junior, 2 melta, honorifica, Power Weapon: 90 (infiltrate or drop depending on how much armor there is)

2 fire support w/auto cannons: 95x2=190 (infiltrate)

Elites:

10 ratlings: 110 (infiltrate)

2 5-man groups of vetsw/ triple melta: 75x2=150 (drop)

Troops: (infiltrating for the most part)

Junior w/ missile launcher, standard, ID 71.

squad w/ auto/plas, ID. 90

squad w/ auto/plas, ID. 90

squad w/ auto/plas, ID. 90

Junior w/ 2 melta/2flamer (droping on tanks or HQ depending on situation) 72

squad w/ bolter/flamer, ID. 81

squad w/ bolter/flamer, ID. 81

squad w/ bolter/flamer, ID. 81

656

fast Attack:

Heavy Support:

2 naked lemans 290

1486

command squads are intended to either drop and assist the vets in hunting armor/big things or infiltrate and assault into melee (I expect they will be doing the former more than the latter, however.) The ratlings target monstrous creatures if there are any, flamer/bolter groups sit in front of the auto/plas groups and give the latter a cover save. Lemans are a must.

Honestly, thought I feel this list is missing something, but I'm not totally sure what. For one thing, I have no idea if this is a good gunline set up at all, and I'm not really sure how a guard army could really make the most of infiltrating aside from taking cameoline and camping in cover. I might rewrite this one soon. Needless to say, advice would be appreciated.

10 ratlings: 110 (infiltrate)
Drop them

Vets should be 3 choices

Your HQ shouldnt have a rocket waste of points

HQ should also be all meltas. If droping
But HQ's you keep for morle

Add all heavy bolters to Russes great anti horde.

I personally dont like infil. Puts IG to close to the enemy i'd drop that. Unless you want to keep that.

I wouldn't combine melta/flamer. Guard have enough squads to not have to generalize.

Are suicide CHQs customary in drop guard? Seems like you'd want to keep them around for leadership. I'd put the standard on him, because he has the best statline, not your JO.

Certainly with infiltrate you'd want to keep them around. I'd drop the weapons on the CHQ and hide it out of LoS. Also the Ratlings. Get more vets.

Your first JO has room for another weapon.

On your guardsmen squads it says ID. Shouldn't that be LI - Light Infantry?

Infiltrate is great just for setting up after your opponent.
