So what game stuff did you get for xmas?

I got myself (my hobby is my secret shame ) my first Land Raider off ebay(sounds like a Tomy toy, that) and a carry case from Maplins Electrical for 15 pounds (about half the price of the GW ones).

Needless to say we have been doing nothing but gluing and painting all day.

1 necron battleforce and 5 heavy destroyers. Though i haven't opened anything yet. I just bought those for myself and wrapped them so I already know what I have!

I got some Xbox points and bought Braid. It's very good so far. But does it save when you finish something? Because I had to turn it off to let my Mom play Sean White Snowboarding. I also got a copy of Spore, but I need a new computer for that one.

Other than that no gaming stuff so far. Just lots of money. Think I might buy a few models this weekend with some of it. I've given a lot of games. Sean White for my mother, Dead Space for my sister, a DS with Phantom Hourglass for my girlfriend (who is glued to that thing now, I may never get any again). I'll update after the big gift exchange later. Everyone comes to our house and exchanges gifts on Christmas because we are the family 'Winrars'.

My wife got me a light box & photographic lights for taking better pictures of my models, and the new forge world Ork Warboss on Warbike.

I'm embarrassed that I sunk down and bought "it" so I won't say what "it" is but when I walked out of my GW store I had "it" and the cardboard Plasma Ammo box with a couple pieces of new scenary for "it"......btw "it" is beautiful, I love "it".

"It" was worth every penny! IMO

I got two boxes of Assault Termies. Now watch out guys...

I got an Iwata Eclipse HP-CS airbrush with (almost) all the accessories needed. (Still required, a moisture trap, some hose adapters, and a spray booth)

Someone got me a hammerhead and a skyray. Now I got enough Tau Vehicles to do 3-4 formations.

I also got Castlevania Symphony of the Night.


2D for Life

I got a new computer from the wife (hey it's game related!), a box of lootas/burnas and two ork commandos with burnas from the brother in law, and two killa kans from the best friend. I made out like a bandit! I usually get socks and some stuff that I promptly drop off at good will as soon as no ones looking. The mother-in-law didn't disappoint though... I got the prerequisite bag of socks! (I actually needed them this time though.

Ill... I threw up this morning and have had diarrhea and a fever all day. Gaming wise I got the Flames of War rulebook, Fortress Europe and Cobra. I may spend some of my cash on a 'stuka zu fuss or two.

However, I also got my BEST PRESENT EVER today...
My 7yr. old son's beaming adoration for the new 7-piece drum set I got him. Then he sat down, played some small beats I showed him and he even kept time! NEVER been behind a drum befor ein his life. I actually got my guitar out and played along with him. It was a beautiful thing. Both my sons are born with the gift of music. I am so blessed...

I almost cried. I have been riding this high ALLLLLL day.
