This is a new kit from Accurate Armour.
http://www.accurate-armour.com/ShowProduct.cfm?manufacturer=0&category=1&subcategory=1&product=2112
While not an official model, its size and antique styling make it an obvious possibility for conversion as a Guard superheavy.
Also available from Hobby Link Japan.

Britain led the world in tank tactics and technology until the early 30s, then it all went wrong.
The Russians had two multi-turret vehicles, the T35 and the T38. Both are available as kits but the T35 kit (five turrets) is practically OOP.

That's awesome, I wish it had gone into production, what a fantastic piece of kit!!! However, look at the price of the kit compared to the price of the plastic baneblade and forgeworld superheavies, you'd need to really love this tank to justify kitbashing it into a guard tank.

More of a land battleship than yacht.
AGNM will be doing a T28, and used to do a T35 in 28mm.
Chieftain do a T28.
The Soviets also had a smaller two turret tank, the T26 Model 1931, based on the Vickers Six Ton. AGNM do it, but no pics of it on their site.
These multi turret tanks are the main reason I want to do a Winter War/early WW2 Soviet army.

The original name of tank was land ironclad.
They were only called tanks as a cover name for secret shipping. It helped that the early tanks look a bit like large water tanks.

Why are multiple turrets not practical? It seems having NO WAY to suppress infantry on your flank is a bit of vulnerability. Especially in these days of urban, low-intensity conflict.

The Abrams has a .50 machine gun and a pintle-mounted M240 machine gun (plus another coaxial one). Most main battle tanks have similar pintle-mounted weapons. Some variants of the Abrams have a remote control system so you can shoot the .50 from inside the tank, and I think other countries MBTs have similar systems. That's a lot of suppressing fire with a lot less hassle than with an extra turret.
I've also heard about upgrade packages that are being developed (and might even be in use already, I don't know) for mounted Mk. 19 grenade launchers and other machine guns. So yeah, there's plenty of practical ways to suppress things nowadays with only one turret.

There are various reasons.
The size of the vehicle and crew is increased, making it heavier, less mobile and a larger target.
Complexity is increased causing more breakdowns and higher maintenance requirements.
The multiple turrets create shot traps and make it more vulnerable.
Any breakdown or battle damage that incapacitates the vehicle, knocks out a larger amount of fighting power than if a smaller vehicle was hit.

To make its survivability worse, they had to run with lighter armour to save some weight.
