I just recently discovered an excellent spray paint for priming. A local Prizm art store is closing, and my wife mentioned they had spray paints. Now, I've been in this store like 20 times in the past year, but did I notice the spray paints? NO...

anyway...

http://www.plutoniumg.com/

The priming capability is excellent. It goes on very smoothly and evenly, the odor of normal spray paint is absent, and it shrinks down once dry, so that it doesn't fill details. I highly recommend it.

Now--it's $9 a can retail. I am buying it for $5 a can b/c it's on sale right now at that prizm store. But $9 isn't much more/less than GW paints--so not really that bad. If you're the 'I buy $3 meijer flat black spray paint' guy, than ignore this stuff

The main thing is that there are 40 colors--including a nice bright yellow. Want to do that Imperial Fists army? Try with a yellow prime right off the bat!

Thanks for this - I'll definitely give it a try!

EDIT: I checked out their homepage, and they also make a 'dullcote'-like matte spray. You should see if you can grab acan of that too, just to try out...

Only if the ladies that paint miniatures.

A reliable source tells me that it is exactly like Axe Body Spray as a matter of fact, and that you should spray it all over your body the next time you go out to your local bar or club, without question.

Anyway, I might have to give this a try as well. Thanks for the tip.

As pretty as that might look, :(

I have yet to meet a tagger who owned property.
