Looking for feedback on building a Mono Khorne list. Here is what I've got so far any C+C are welcome.

I'd run the Soul Grinders naked, and also consolidate the two bloodcrusher units into one. With BotBG as a point filler, that leaves you with 91 points free. 40 points should definitely go towards giving both thirsters unholy might. +1 S may not seem important, but the critical thing is that it lets you continue to Instant Death on T4 in 2nd turns of assaults, or if you're charged.

With 51 points left, there's not much that's really important, but I'd strongly consider taking 2 icons. One on the bloodcrushers, and one in the bloodletters.

Consolidating that crusher unit and removing blessing of the blood god gives me enough points to put unholy might on both Thirsters while letting me keep tongue or phlegm on the grinders.

I've also considered dropping the bloodletter squads down to 5 strong which gives me enough points to purchase another soul grinder. The killing power in this list comes from the crushers, thirsters, and soul grinders. The letters are there to claim objectives late game.

Looks like a scary army.
But it should not be too difficult to kill all three troop units.

Do you think more units or more bloodletters per unit are better to up their survivability? In the same list I can have either 3 squads of 8 bloodletters or 5 squads of 5 bloodletters.

I'm play testing with no icons in my list at first. I think they are over-costed and in a khorne army the only really hard unit that can carry them are the crushers. Putting an icon in a bloodletter squad is a waste of points.

if I were you, I would give unholy might to the bloodthirsters. Having the ability is inflict instant death on t 4 is VERY helpful.
