Dont ask why, but my local indipendant seller of 40k has the new ork nobz, and battlewagon, and 1 day before the official release! sorry, just like to bring it up. the new kits nice, lots of accecories, three big shootas , a kannon(or can be assembled into a zzap gun). nice reinforced ram, massive horns to go on the front, cool armour plating, and can have an ard case or not.

Sprue photos? Pretty please?

Saw one on the shelf at a FLGS yesterday. Looked good in its big box.

The boxes are all on the shelves at my local GW. Behing lots of yellow and black tape and signs saying 'not for sale until the 3rd, by order of Da Boss', or some such.

All rather peculiar.

You can see sprue pictures in the latest White Dwarf. They're painted, too.

Other than its tank commander and some splotches of red here and there, mine's assembled and painted to gaming standard

Hmmm.... All I've got is statements of intent to give Battlewagons as gifts. Off to the warpath I guess.

I saw 2 at the shop yesterday and was a bit disappointed. It's no bigger than a trukk. I thought it would be Land Raider sized.

What do you mean it's no bigger? I always thought it was the same length as a land raider, but taller and not as wide, and a comparison to a trukk photo shows that it is clearly bigger.

I want to see a freaking rear shot though, I've only ever seen one and it looked like the 'ard case was lacking detail in that area, but GW won't put any rear shots on their site and no one else who has gotten one will either.

I loved the new model although the main gun is a simple Kannon or Zapp gun? you need to slap a big gun on if you want a Killkannon. You can mount the Zappgun/Kannon on the front.

Deffrolla is coming out in a thinly disguised price gou... er, in a conveniently separate sprue.

however a conversion kit will come out with deff roler

I think space in the box might have been an issue.

The added presence of Deff Rollas and Kill Kannons on the sprue would have presumably added another £10 to the price as well.

Anyone want to volunteer buying 4 battle wagon , combine them together into a battle fortress?
