This is supposed to be an all comers list for a 2k tournament coming up. I'll be facing raiders and russes along with more MEQ than you can shake a stick at so that's why I have so many lances. The flamers on the lords are because I intend on them charging up the field along with the council in the serpent and the avatar I'm hoping to overwhlem my opponents with a large number of high toughness and wound targets.
gimme a hand please

Strangle list. The Fire Dragons have no transport.
The army has a static component: 2x WL, DR, Avatar, 2x DA, and a fast component: DA, Farseer + retinue.
I think the army lacks synergy. Either take a mech list giving the enemy no focus (static units) or a hammer & anvil force with more shooty units (Warwalkers).

I agree that is it odd not to have a transport for your fire dragons.
Also Wraithswords are terrible, when combined with a BL they are even worse, Drop it for an EML.
also 3 powers on a farseer is a waste of points, you might as well get eldrad with all that gear on him.

I've looked up some different examples of this and havent really found anything solid. Could you give me something to work with? I'm very new to eldar and have only run a mobile for with a jet council and it didnt do too well.
My reason for the lances on the lords was that I know for a fact in one game I'll be up against 2 crusaders and a russ.
I really just need some guidance

First take three troop units: DA squads in Serpents with stones and bright lances.
These Serpents can stay outside heavy fire for the first few turns and target heavy armor via their brightlances.
These units should stay inside the transports until the end game.
Second, HS plays an important role in any Eldar army.
Three naked Prisms are decent against bunched up units and, of course, hordes.
Third, Elites are important since they can take on the enemy's tougher units:
6-8 Fire Dragons and 10 Banshees in Serpents (shuricannon, stones).
Finally, an Autarch is important as it allows you to keep the enemy in reserve (if you go second vs a shooty army) giving your units improved reserve rolls.
Give him a jetbike, laserlance (fusion gun if you have the points) and let him join a squad of Shining Spears.
A Farseer on jetbike with fortune and runes of warding (stones, doom) can accompany them and keep them alive.

my mech list is as follows:
farseer/eldrad farseer has doom guide fortune spirit stones and witnessing i think.. the one that makes him roll 3 for tests...
6 warlocks 4 destructors 1 embolden 1 enhance
in waveserpent with t/l brightlance
6 firedragons in falcon with t/l brightlance
6 harlies with kiss in falcon with t/l brightlance
10 dire avengers with bladestorm powerwepon shimmer shield and defend in waveserpent with t/l brightlance
10 dire avengers with bladestorm powerwepon shimmer shield and defend in waveserpent with t/l brightlance
all vehicles have spirit stones and some have vectored engines (harlies and firedragons)
this is from memory so there may be some little things missing but its pretty close to what i am currently 9 and 2 with and only against slowed gay lists did i lose

Yeah, runes of witnesses, but its more or less redundant.
Runes of warding are mandatory in tournament setting.

What what? An eml & a wraithsword if you wanna run him up the field, a BL & EML (Or scatter + eml/ bl for anti troopy) if you want a more slowly advancing platform.)
A bl on a lord that should run where it can, to get into CC, is a little bit of a waste. Lords are just loverly.
Shining spears are rubbish. A autarch with a lance has about half the attacks as a SS squad. Autarch+farseer+council +warding, doom, stones & fortune gives you a re-rollable 4++ T4 jetbiking squad that will merc most things. The autarch adds in the sufficient power attacks to either curb MC high T & 2+'s or do deal a decent amount of non-saveable wounds to MEQ's/ TEQ's. Not too cheap and uses both hq slots. A good use of points.
Fusion gun is a no-no. Your bikes want to fleet & charge as much as possible and a haywire grenade attack is more useful than a lone fusion gun attack. The nade also compliments str 9 Anti vech witchblades. Autarch w/ dragons, then fine.

Bikes can't run/fleet.

Thank you. One of the reasons I like posting here.
Ill redefine my point then (Edit:As I was wrong the first time!) . Mandiblasters would be a better way to spend the points if you equip him as was suggested. #
Ooo swap guide for mind-war if its a killteam on bikes. Painboyz, hq's, Pk sgts etc.
