I would have to agree with Centurian99 since obscured vehicles count as getting a cover save they could lower it. I would also say that even wargear that would grant obscured would be effected in the same way.

DukeRustfield - There's nothing wrong with beer and pretzels. I'm pretty sure they are the most important members of the food group.
So that would mean that Markerlights do not affect a Black Templar Rhino that has used smoke launchers*
But if markerlights are fired at an Ultramarines Rhino that used smoke it may reduce its 4+ cover save.
Hahaha silly smurfs and their inferior smoke!
*(BT codex states smoke launchers reduce all pen hits to glancing and BGB says that if a codex has a different rules for smoke launchers in them they use those rules rather than the normal 4+ cover save.)
