With the new Nobz released yesterday, I was inspired to create a Painboy. Here are some pics. Full details on the parts are available at my blog: http://theadeptsforge.blogspot.com/

The head is from the FW Biker Nobz and I finally had a chance to use the old tools from the 80s Battlewagon. I am putting the few things I had left from that kit to good use these days!

Comments welcome,
Jeff

Nice pose.
The head is looking in just the right way for something to poke the syringe into.

The Head Reflector is a nice touch.

The stone that the Painboy is standing on is one of the Dark Age miniatures base inserts. I think it is blasted lava or something. I have used them on a few characters to stand out.

As for the orderly, that is just some Apoxy Sculpt to raise him a bit and balance out the tool box (which had some gaps). I will then cover that with sand and some small stones.

Looks great! The only thing I can suggest is to add some chips to the grot orderlies choppa. I hope you paint it up nice, rusty and flat out gross!

"Orkses never lost a battle. If we win we win, if we die we die fighting so it don't count. If we runs for it we don't die neither, cos we can come back for annuver go, see!"

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.
