The plan is to take Careful Planning, then Flank March everything. We will purposely take 2nd turn, in case he tries to do the same thing to us (I wrecked this player at 5k a while back through the same strategy). He has a Tigershark, which the Tau will definitely take. Our flyer will shoot, then ram. His flyer is about twice as expensive as ours, so we will willingly trade flyers. Marines go in first, tie up everything in combat. Dreads will stay away from FW with their EMP grenades (almost wrecked us last time, he'll prolly take them), and the HQ will roam at will. The command squad will attach to the Master, so both Sicarius and the Master have FNP. The odd Speeder is just anti-tank, a throw away.
I'm thinking a few heavy weapons may get axed, so the full Tac Squads can just focus on moving about and HTH.
Ideas, Comments, and Suggestions are all welcome.
