I never actually seen the size difference between the lower torso size of biker vs upper torso of a mob.

If the size is close enough, we could get away with just sawing it by torso and gluing together.

If not, i would wrap some hobby chains around using it as a belt ( or hiding the size difference )

YO DAKKA DAKKA!

Making them bigga' iz the tuff part. I fink if dey win enuff dey just grow bigga anyway.

But seriously... AOBR head swaps (the big Nob heads), bigger weapons... spikes, bosspoles, irongobs. I guess.

I don't play orks, but I did just convert my first Nob. From a Nob.

I was going to use regular Bikers legs and then use Black Orc toro's/arms for the upper half.

With the new Nobz it wont be hard to make, just use the bitz from the nobs instead of the boyz bits you get with the bikes.

Well, yeah, both Nóbz from the AoBR set or Black Orcs seem to be the only viable options.
The normal Ork Bikers look a bit too weak for being Nobz.

Actually the most viable option is to use the new box of Nobs.

They are in pieces so would lend themselves to conversion a lot easier.
