It'd be pretty tough because 'Zeench' would be continualy morphing his pawns into those of The Deceiver's and he be a little confused.
But i'd say that the Deceiver would win becuase he'd 'deceive' the judge and Tzeentch into thinking he won.

But can the Deceiver deceive the Great Deceiver? The Deceiver is crafty, but Tzeentch has plans and backup plans just in case. What if it was:

Deceiver deceives Tzeentch

Tzeentch replies with "I foresaw that!"

Deceiver responds with "I foresaw that as well!"

"So have I!" Tzeentch responds

rinse, repeat until Nurgle, the god of death and rebirth...and death, the Nightbringer messes up their plans.

Tzeentch couold also get 'deceived' by the Deceivers hot Abs and miss a turn or two staring at the guy.

How dare you consider Tzeentch to be so easily fooled!

He turns him/herself into a voluptuous C'tan, and the Deciever surrenders so he can stare at him/her.

One means the Mechanicum truly loses their gak, and the other means the Eldar realize that Vaul is really a toaster and experience religion fail.

well IF the deceiver "fools" tzeentch then tzeentch would say "very well done you win, let the deceiver talk gak about winning, then on his way to his SUV the deceiver would realize all to late that tzeentch knew it all along and planted some C-4 under the seat of the deceivers SUV. long story short Tzeentch wouldnt of lost

The winner would be whomever Eldrad foresaw before he disappeared.

Im going with Tzeentch winning the first two & the deciever winning the third.

As much as the Thousand Sons are my favourite legion, I doubt there are enough of them to pwn the necrons. & plus horrors are pretty wussy, I can see 'crons butchering them.

there are probaly billions of horrors in the warp, and Necron Lords vs The lord of change, horrors could strike at tomb worlds while thousand son keep them busy.

The Deceiver deceives the Great Deceiver and thus is born the Decepticons!

Strange to see this topic here, I'm starting to convert a ctan deciver model into a Tzeentch daemon prince.
That aside, being that both gods are gods of lies and deception, what do you think the likleyhood is of a group of necrons being taken control of by Tzneetch, is? could the Changer of ways make the necrons think he is the Deciever?, or likewise what are chances of a group of thousand son's, and their sorcerors being decieved into doing the biddeing of the Deciever? Could he make them think he was the Changer of Ways?

I don't think either of the two can actually make the followers of an opposing race to accidentally switch sides. The Sorcerers and Thousand Sons would sense that the Deceiver can not actually harness the Warp...the Necrons would sense Tzeentch as being of the Warp and would be very hesitant.

If the Deceiver was really so great, he wouldn't be called "The Deceiver," he'd be called "The C'Tan That's Really Trustworthy" or something.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.
