Is the idea really bad or frowned upon? ( i wont bring them to Tournaments of course :"P

I really wanted to try out some AT-43 as miniatures, but having no one to play with
i might end up integrating them into my 43 armies. Is this do-able?

Up to know and due to scale....

Therians, can be easily transfered to necrons, the banes could be either the pariahs or the CC necron specialists, the golgoths could be the skimmers, the hekat the tomb spider the new arachns (nor released yet) as swarm,

UNA-Red Blok to Guard or Tau or Witch hunters

if your oponent is not so "GW is god and I hate other products" Genetically modified monkeys (karmans) to genetically modified Humans/bad genetically modified humans

Unfortunately not all vehicles are so easily transfred to 40k except maybe red blok AFVs of rank 1

I will be turning my Red Blok into my Inquisitorial Stormtroopers. The scale isn't that out of whack, but the bases for AT-43 infantry are larger than a standard GW base.

I was taking a look at the models myself, whilst I don't care much for the infantry, I did like the walkers, especially the kolossus? trios of small walkers and the UNA special character walker with missile launcher.

I'm constructing a bloodaxe army for 40K and thinking the kolossus as killa kans and the UNA walker as a deffdread. anyone that can offer comment on the size comparison would be appreaciated.

i wouldn't worry much about the size difference, im sure its very minor. should be better in every way compared to using expired tylenol bottle for killa can :"P

No problem...

altough no AT-43 battlesiuts are there some of them are in the range of Tau Stelathsuits the "new" not the skinny version, UNA tac arms are similar size but REd blok are bulkier, Therians are bulkier and also taller... Karmans not so different form normal warriors but the positioning and the weapons makes them bigger...

Kolossus units are actually Infantry, not Walkers. Also, they're only slightly larger than Terminators/MANs(all are on 40MM bases), so would be a bit too small for proper Kans. However, they would look ace as Mega-Armored Grots in a Grot Rebellion army if given PKs.
