I agree magnetizing is the best option, but if you don't magnetize twin linked lascannon and missile launcher. That would be for anti armour but if your looking for anti infantry go with assault cannon and lascannon.
It all depends on what role the dread will be playing in your games.
That's why it's best to magnetize.

assualt cannons forever! I mean, it doesn't allow saves when you roll a 6 for wounds. Perfect for killing powerful infantry

OP; I'm torn between trolling your grammar and congratulating you on not having [poll][poll] in your title.
But I'm going to agree with 'magnetize 'em all' unless you feel like telling us what you want to use the dreadnought for.

TLC+ML for ranged tankhunting
MM+DCCW&HF for drop podding dreads.
Really depends on the role though.

I would ask, why is this posted in Modeling & Painting?
Please post things in appropriate forums. Failure to do so habitually will result in corrective actions to include but not limited to Temporary suspensions.
Moving this to tactics.

The ML only goes with the tLC, but if you're spending the points on tLC & ML, why aren't you taking Pred Annihilator?
So the ML is a non-starter.
Therefore Dread always has a PF, which makes good use of his WS4 and Walker ability that you pay for.
So given a PF, the only sensible way to fit a model that is supposed to only shoot until it reaches HtH is with the Asscan.

Assault cannon or plasma cannon. Occasionally multimelta, if you don't have enough elsewhere in the army. TLAC is less impressive in a marine army, even two pair. Fists are incredibly useful, so usually having one is best.

Customize to fit your the role in your army (good call on the magnets).
I prefer assault cannon, it's very versatile.

I take three dreads in my GK army and they all have a TLLC and a ML.
This allows them to just sit back and shoot all day.
Of course inf the enemy eaches them they are deadnoughts, but until then they are very effective.
