I'm getting so tired of playing the vanilla missions, anyone have any clue when that army themed missions book might be coming out?
Or at least a place where I can find different scenarios?
Playing the same 3 variants of 3 scenarios is getting really old.

I couldn't say. Can you not make up your own missions?
I just found this by the way. Might interest you...

go for the battle/raid missions from the 4th Ed book, or the COD missions, all work fine in 5th Ed

One of my buds on the B&C corresponds with Jervis occasionally. Jervis is working on it, but it sounds like it'll be a while yet. I'd find alternate solution if I were you.

Build a fire for a man and he will be warm for a day; set a man on fire and he will be warm for the rest of his life.
Sly Marbo was originally armed with a power weapon, but he dropped it while assaulting a space marine command squad just so his enemies could feel pain.
Sly Marbo doesn't go to ground, the ground comes to him. |

You'd think they could dedicate themselves to 1 new mission each issue of WD.

But that would actually create a reason to buy White Dwarf, foiling a decade's long plan to end any interest in the magazine among 40k players.

A fun one we made up was "hungry hungry hippos"
Place an objective marker dead centre of the map, then up to 4 players start from the 4 corners. Point of the game is to get a troop squad onto the objective marker, "pick it up", then transport it back off your board edge. You can play where the marker is 'copyable', ie each team that reaches it can pick it up, or where only the first can.
Also no deepstriking/teleporting the objectives, and all objectives must be transported by vehicle or by foot (no flying/jump packing, as the objective is just too heavy).
This works best for 3+ players if you don't feel like playing 2v2 all the time, or having weird team matchups (DH+nids vs ultramarines+daemons), but still want a larger game.
