Well, Atlantic has shown with Death Fields that they're really quite good with "this particular historical faction, buuut iiin spaaaceee"

The old meta is dead and the new meta struggles to be born. Now is the time of munchkins.

I rather like that its not steampunk(DIESELPUNK or nothing bitxhes). I have confidence that this will be more than just Victorians in space.

Yes, but that sounds like the sort of thing this won't be is what i'm getting at; Those miniatures are specifically futuristic sci-fi versions of the historical counterparts, if this is set in the victorian era yet isn't going to have them with more advanced Victorian era technology (steampunk), then that's just typical victorian era miniatures.

Maybe i'm just misinterpreting what the "no steampunk" meant.

I really like those bases. Enough texture to look good painted, simple enough that there's room for the model and for the base to be oriented different ways, and a decent base to work up from if you want to add extra detail.

I've got the 25mm versions and that's exactly how I'd describe them.
