I'm trying to think of ones that are particular to Warhammer Fantasy, yet apply to
multiple types of armies.

The ones that come to mind:

Multiple Small Units
Static Combat Resolution
Deathstar Unit

Hammer and Anvil Units
Warmachine/Mage hunters
March blockers/Re-directors.
Scroll-caddy

What kind of article are you cookin' up?

Still coming up with terms that people could use in articles. So if you mention

Handgunner Spam, Dwarf Warrior Spam, etc?

Meh. There are Gunlines, and RAF (Brets w/peg spam), etc. But usually they have specific names by build type.

As a concept, though, SPAM could be briefly explained.

Just think of WM/Hordes and BK spam or Champion spam, etc.

I don't think so, so much. Depending on whether you're spamming ranged/what not, you tend to define what kind of list you're using.

Eg., Handgunner spam would suggest Gunline; Warrior "spam" (as much as you can "spam" core CC infantry) is just infantry-heavy.

Yeah, that used to be a big one for 6th ed Vampire Counts, not as useful in 7th ed.

The Castle or Castling Up is another tactical term (or is that strategy?).
