Well i can imagine it loosing to guard with alot of tanks, or demon army, but looks very solid.

The problem as I see it is that you're severely limiting yourself on troops. Your boys are only 11-12 strong, which means that you're not going to benefit from taking casualties and still being fearless. You have 6+ armour saves, and you're going to take a few casualties, have to pass a leadership test at 7 or less, and find that your forces are running away.

In addition, you're leaving out the battlewagon's greatest weapon - the Deff Rolla. With a ballistic skill of 2, putting weapons (except for a kannon) on a battlewagon is pretty pointless. You're going to be moving 12-13" per turn across the board, which means you can't fire any of those weapons anyway; and you're going to be moving that far to try getting your boyz into close combat as soon as possible - having deff rollas means that after your boys are out (and even when you get to the enemy lines) your battle wagons are still going to run around the battlefield causing havoc - D6 Strength 10 hits is nothing to laugh about, especially per battlewagon, especially since you can tank shock multiple units.

I'd lose the guns on the battlewagons and get yourself Deff Rollas. Additionally, neither nobs nor boyz are terminators. You don't have leadership 10 with 2+ armour saves; Ork strength comes in numbers. If you've got a battlewagon, put 20 boyz in it, one of them being a nob. Or 19 boyz and Mad Dok. or 19 boyz and a warboss. One of the most lethal weapons in the Ork arsenal is a battlewagon with a red paint job, 18 'Ard boyz inside along with Mad Dok Grotsnik and a Warboss with 'eavy armor, a powerklaw, and an attack squig.

Now you've got 18 boyz with a 4+ armour save, a 4+ Feel No Pain, a Nob with a powerklaw, a warboss with a powerklaw, and Mad Dok with a powerklaw. They cross the table at 13" per turn, unload and annihilate everything. Better to take fewer battlewagons and maximize their cargo loads; right now your army list rings like an empty shell.
