He towers over Ghazkull! Wow, nice work. Be proud of yourself, mekboy.

He looks like he's falling over to the right a bit. But other than that, he looks pretty damn awesome.

Nuclear: Properly pronounced new-clear, not new-cue-lir. There is no 'u' between the c and l, so stop saying it because it just makes you sound like a dumbass. This includes nucleolus, and all other derivatives of the word.

Parts of him look awesome, but the porportions are really off. He's far too top heavy. He needs larger and longer legs to balance out that upper body.

I too would like to see thicker legs - but not necessarily longer (presuming his own real legs are inside). And reduce the tilt to the side just a little.

Otherwise, very nice

He needs bigger legs, and a bigger head. Otherwise, I like what I'm seeing.

Now that's a big warboss. I actually liek him tilted, ooks like he's trying to move forward quickly - and we all now how quick orcs in mega armour are .

I love where your taking it but i would have to agree about the proportions. Oddly i think he may be too tall, as if he has too much midsection. You could possibly solve it by armoring up the legs so its questionable where his legs and mecha-legs end and begin. Alternatively you could lop off that ammo feed section and sink the torso farther onto the hips.

Great work, i like to see it painted.

I think the question to ask is: where are his real legs (if he has any)? If this armour is like a Tau Battle Suit, where the pilot sits inside the main body and none of the piolt's limbs extend into the suit's limbs, then longer legs make sense, just to keep everything in proportion (and to maintain the orky impression that he's the Biggest Ork Eva! ) But if it's like mega-armour where the ork's limbs are inside the suit limbs (discounting cybork limb replacements), then we should at least see the real leg positions, even if they're in amuch larger exoskeleton

That monstrosity needs and deserves a bigger base, regardless of the GW restrictions on such. Any some sort of special rule to take into account its obvious terrible strength and the effect that its magnificent presence would have on Da Boyz. Great work, can't wait to see it painted.

First off, thanks for the amount of comments. Can`t remember such a good response before!

To the issue of the tilt:
He`s in movement. I wanted to move away from the static looking type of meganobs hence the tilt. So no accident, it was planned

Proportions:
He`s actually well proportioned (for an ork) but it`s hard getting that on a pic angle-wise. I had some mates over on wednesday and they said the same thing before they saw it IRL. Remember his legs are in the typical orky movement pose. Also his one bionical leg is a result of wearing a big suit
As for height, the thing that is "unusual" with him is that the top section of the suit is higher than what is normal.

Base:
For now he`ll stay on a 40mm base but I`m planning on making a larger display base to put him on with his retinue.

Battlesuit or exo-skeleton?
It`s a mix. His right leg is bionic, left one is supported by hydraulics but the body and klaw arm are all suit. The TL shoota arm is partly bionic.
It`ll be easier to see when I slap some paint on him

Hope that answers most of yer questions (if not let me know), but stay tuned!

Red
