Hi all. Anyone in the Southern California area, The Realm in Brea CA will be hosting a 40K RTT on Saturday Feb. 21st.

Starts at 10:30am. $10 entry or $20 purchase. $150 in GW Prize support.

This was originally scheduled as an 1850 build, but thought I would switch it up to 2000 as a precurser to the So Cal Slaughter in March.
So bring two lists. One 1850 and one for 2000, and we can make a decision on the 2000 point list if everyone prefers.

Hmm, been wanting to play in a tournament again for a while and haven't had the chance...Brea may be a little far from west LA but I think I can make this work, sounds fun.

I'll be there with Tyranids this time. Since I can't seem to lose with Guard (can't win either), another army sounds like just the thing to try.

Are any Imperial Armor rules allowed?

Specifically the Tau Tetra (the Fast Attack vehicles that look like a cousin to the Piranha)?

What is a "$10 entry or $20 purchase?"

I understand $10 entry fee to the RTT, but I don't understand the second part.

Correct. It's either a $10 entry, or a $20 purchse, but not both.

Also, No Imperial Armor in this RTT but maybe sometime in the future, I know a few players that wouldn't mind fielding some IA models.

So how did this go? I came down with a nasty cold this weekend and decided not to just give it to everyone.

Had 12 players. Tau took 1st, Daemons 2nd, 2 marine lists tied for 3rd.

Yakface took favorite player, and tied for army with Spmusubi.

1 Orks
1 Nids
