Right, If Adam's going to post his demon list, I amy as well put up my puppies, so here we go:
1750 of mech space wolves:
HQ - Ven dread, A. Cannon, heavy flamer, extra armour
HQ - Wolf Gaurd Battle Leader, Termie armour, frag and melta bombs, storm bolter, frostblade, wolf pelt. (goes with termie in drop pod)
HQ - Wolf Gaurd Battle Leader, Frost Blade, bolt pistol, Frag and melta bombs, wolf pelt (goes with blood claws in LRC)
Elite - Dread, A. Cannon, DCCW, Extra Armour
Elite - 4 wolf gaurd terminators, all with 1 lightening claw, 3 strom bolters, 1 A. Cannon, all with wolf pelts, in a drop pod
Elite - 5 wolf scouts - 2 PP's, 1 PW, melta gun. frag and melta bombs
Troops - 6 grey hunters, bolters, meltagun, HB razorback, extra armour
Troops - 6 grey hunters, bolters, Hb razzorback, meltagun
Troops - 8 blood claws, 1 power fist, 1 flamer
Heavy - LRC Multi melta, extra armour
Heavy - Vindicator, extra armour
I will probably need to re-jig anyway as I've used 40 pt razorbacks from codex SM, rather than the 70pts in codex space wolves, and the FAQ doesn't say anything about transports. but thats the broad outline of the list.

basically I have one drop pod, also I can't deep strike my termies without it.
the terminators are a bit of a point sinky gimmik, but they land in the middle of enemy lines on turn 1 and shoot the crap out of something, because of their lightening claws they're nasty as hell in close combat, but when they are charged, because of the wolf pelts they are even better than when they charge.
failing that they take away fire destined for my juicier tagets down table.
the naked drop pod is means to an end
oh and the wolf scouts come on to support them/blow up a tank OBELing

Here's my general, somewhat rambling thoughts.
The Dreads don't need extra armor. For the Ven, it's only 5 points (SW), but it's a lot more for the standard. Also, I think it's hard to get them into range to use a heavy flamer (unless they're in a drop pod). Personally, I like putting a Plasma Cannon on the Ven Dread, and it doesn't need anything else (the heavy flamer is nice, but not required).
Models in Terminator Armor can't have grenades. I don't like giving HQs Terminator Armor because it's so expensive. I like keeping them cheap - Frostblade, Plasma Pistol (or Bolt Pistol if really cheap), Frags, Melta bomb (and that's really optional). I like the plasma pistol, but YMMV.
The terminators are a rock hard unit. I'd change up their wargear. First, two can have a heavy weapon (and the WGBL could as well). My ideal configuration is (all with Runic Charms, which should be mandatory), 1 w/ Power Weapon and combi-flamer, 1 w/ PW and Combi-plasma, 1 w/ Assault Cannon and Powerfist, 1 w/ Assault Cannon and Thunderhammer. It's a dead-hard unit as many of my opponents will attest. With the WGBL, you have 3 plasma shots within 12", 8 AC shots, and a flamer template. At the least, I would drop your Stormbolters for Combi-flamers (only 2 points more!). I would consider putting both GH packs in pods. That lets you drop 2 units on Turn 1, and gives you the ability to drop 2 GH packs and leave the terminators in reserve. Right now, the Terminators have to arrive Turn 1. If you go first, your opponent may stay totally off the board, they drop, nothing to shoot at.
I think meltabombs for scouts are too many points, YMMV. I'd drop the power weapon, they'll die in assault. They're there to kill tanks. Also, don't be afraid to infiltrate them into cover.
The rest of the list, to me, is 'meh'. It doesn't look horrible, but not great either. I'd think about adding more bodies and another powerfist to the BC unit (if you get them to 11 models, they can have 3). Getting them to 15 would be ideal.
Having one landraider is a bit of a risk. One lucky roll early in the game, and it's toast, and the BCs are on foot. You have nothing long-ranged in the list. While typical for SWs, it's not ideal.
For the Rhino/Razorback cost - it's not clear. INIT FAQ says to use the SM costs. I think that's the cleanest, but ask the Tourney Organizer.
For what it's worth, I won a RTT last weekend (and defeated four good players, including Kevin Kirby's - yes, the Ard Boyz 07 winner - and his mech eldar army). My list was:
Ven Dread w/ PC
WGBL - FB, PP, Frag, Melta (in pod)
WGBL - FB, Bike, Frag, Melta
Scouts - 4 w/ MG and PP (didn't have points for extra PP or bodies. I'd consider giving meltabombs to a small unit).
WG - 4 Termies, my config above, in pod
GH - 7, meltagun, power weapon and bolter, bolters, Pack Leader w/ Powerfist, Combi-flamer, Runic Charm, drop pod
GH - 7, meltagun, plasma pistol, power weapon (no bolters!), Pack leader with powerfist, combi-flamer, runic charm, drop pod
GH - 7, plasma rifle, pack leader with powerfist, combi-flamer, runic charm
BC Bikers - 6 w/ flamer and power fists
Attack bike w/ multi-melta
Dakka pred - autocannon and heavy bolters
Whirlwind
Each game, a different unit seemed to be the 'man of the match'. I'd reconfig some things, but I think this is a pretty solid core.
But, it's an 1850 point list, and doesn't have a landraider. But, you're basically dropping the bikes for BCs in a landraider, so it's the same tactical application. I'd look to add some more long-range shooting.
