Well, you can usually get them on ebay. There are probably better places though.

well, i wouldn't put in "necron power rods" into ebay, i'd go with "transparent colored plastic rods."

Plastruct.com is where I got mine. They come in various colors. You want the 3/32" Florescent Rod. I've taken a look at Blue, Yellow and Red. I liked the red the most.
If you are interested in some yellow or blue, I'll sell you a set or whatever I have left.
