I am going to attempt to paint up my Stealth Suits as mimetic/chameleonic just because it will look awesome. Problem is, I have no real idea how to do that. How would you go about painting a landscape on a dynamic figure?

I think you just paint it using colors that are used for your game board in a camouflage like pattern. Just like the pic posted there!

One of the guys at gw did a stealth suit diorama when cod came out. From the front looking straight at the fig you could just barely tell it was there. it looked sweet.
