Hey guys,

After seeing some of the great stuff on dakka, I feel obligated to share some of my work and hopefully get some tips on painting. I've gotten a lot more stuff done since these photos were taken, and i'll post them as soon as I get a chance. I've recreated to the best of my ability John Shaffer's ridiculous Organ Gun conversion from way back when, and hopefully I'll get a picture soon.

I'm planning on getting snow bases and represent the melting snows/spring with burnt grass look to show the hold beginning a spring campaign.

Hope you guys enjoy!

I've sinced changed the colour of those bronze bits off his head, I wasn't sure if I liked them. Thoughts?

I've planned out a 2000 pt force, but now i'm debating whether I should get some slayers or stick with the (relatively acceptable) BFSP miners. Any ideas fellow dakkites?

I like that the metalics are a bit subdued on this model. Very nice!

@Gen. Lee Losing:
thanks for the kind words. The subdued metal looking is something I'm most proud of, hopefully I can show off the rest of the army soon!

Nice work. Is it wrong to mention that I originally read the thread title as involving stunty underwear?

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Hey guys,

Finally got a chance to take some pictures. Unfortunately the sun wasn't being too co-operative, and some of the photos came out a little dark. I'll take some more tommorow.

Also you can probably notice nothing's been based yet. Still looking for some burnt grass. Anyone have a good cheap brand/option?

Looks good man I love the muted Color Scheme!

Throw enough Goblins at anything and it should go away, at the very least there will be less Goblins.

What does Eric Clapton and Coffee have in common? Both suck without Cream.

Here's my engineer. Really had a great time painting him, despite gotten a couple of chips along the way that I need to fix :(.
I should probably invest in some dullcoat.

Also, I found this gem when I got home. Does anyone remember this game?
It was my first computer game I ever bought, and probably the most fun I had as an 8 year old.
