I just want to know ur thoughts on this guy, would I be able to count him as a terminator
Its just basically a tactical marine torso, backpack and termie legs and weapon arms

Why would you want to use him as a termie? Saying that I'd have no problem with you using him as one but then I'm generally not too fussy when gaming as I rarely ever do.

A lot of people do the same thing to make "truescale" marines

Eh, its a fantastic model but the legs dont come through enough to scream terminator. Obviously with counts-as you may be able to but it still looks like power armor to me.

You should do some plasticard and green stuff on his shoulder before you basecoat him, he would make a good commander with a big of touching up.

Nuclear: Properly pronounced new-clear, not new-cue-lir. There is no 'u' between the c and l, so stop saying it because it just makes you sound like a dumbass. This includes nucleolus, and all other derivatives of the word.
