I'd prefer the 2nd list, since its heavily mechanized.
The Defiler fit better into the theme than the Obliterators.

Things that come to mind immediately. 1.) What is the point of marking the Prince with Slaanesh if he has Warp Time? Leave him unmarked or boost another trait. He already has a great I score. 2.) I have noticed that the Doom Siren does not say it replaces any equipment. Thus if you drop the MoS on the prince, you could grab another Sonic Blaster. A few more shots at range is nice. 3.) What is your plan for those 6 lonely plague marines? Are they going to footslog across the board? I know they're tough, but without more bodies I don't think they'll last. If they are going to babysit an objective, at least give them plasma weapons (they were made for plasma weapons since they have FNP). Honestly, if you have a baby sitting squad, take Noise Marines with a Blastmaster. That weapon is awesome and has the range to be a firesupport tool. Melta/Flamer/PFist can't do that.
As for which list, the Defiler's (or Vindicators ) might take pressure off of the land raider. Honsetly you have some durable pieces with two DPs, a LR, two Rhinos, and anything else. Looks pretty solid.

That list is better, but you dont have any real anti-tank. One LR that will be transporting berzerkers isnt enough. At the very least you should give your 1KSons BoC. You will probably also want a powerweapon on the NM champion rather than a fist.
I dont think the list is that good, particularly is you want to play it in a competitive enviroment. You have enough firepower to deal with hordes, but not enough to kill mech armies and MCzilla armies. The best built SM armies will also wipe the floor with this.

I do belive you will die a horrible bloody gory death with this list.
I say drop a DP and build up your troop squads, drop the Fist for a power weapon in the NM squad, and mebbe get a defiler for some more CC punch while heeping the anti hoard awesome that is a battlecannon.

He has more anti-tank than you give him credit for. The Vindi's can take down anything with Str 10 AP 1 plates, including monoliths. The Blastmaster is Str 8 AP 3 Blast on one setting so it is better than a krak missle. Finally, the Princes can tear through vehicles as well.
What we have here is a strategy I like to call the 'power bomb.' You Lash everyone into a nice tight circle, and you destroy them with ordinance. It is quite effective. You may want to consider Wings on your Princes. Making them mobile enough to use Lash and engage weak targets (while avoiding strong close combat units) is useful.

Dont be fooled into thinking that vindicators and blastmasters can be used a primary anit-tank, they both scatter far too frequently to be very effective for that (especially vindicators at BS3). S10 and S8 is all well and good but when they will scatter over the edge of a vehicle the majority of the time they are unlikely to do anything. Princes also suffer because firstly they have to get to the enemy (at least 2 turns) and then they will only be hitting of 4s at best. Now dont get me wrong, demonisher cannon, blastmasters and demon princes are very good in a supporting anti-tank role, but they just dont have the prescison or the range to be very good at it.

I would drop the second lash prince for a Nurgle prince with wings and Warptime, or just get rid of him altogether so you can beef up your troops choices.

Sorry - princes are always winged!
Yep - agree with comments... decision between oblits for more general AT and vindi pie-plate love is a tough one... i could go 2/1 but I dont think that'll work so well as either/or
I may drop a prince and beef up troop choices a little although dual princes are always nice...

Ok - updated list with a few tweaks:
HQ:
Lash Prince, Wings
Lash Prince, Wings (debating whether I can do anything else with this 2nd prince)
Troops:
8 Zerkers, Fist
8 1k Sons - bolt of change
7 Noise Marines - 6 Sonic Blasters, Blast master
6 NMs - 6 SBs. Champ/Doom/Fist/ Rhino (I always take fists as I have been caught in combat with big nasties too many times)
Heavy:
Land Raider - DP
Vindi - DP
Vindi - DP
Oblit/Vindi still a tough choise.
With this list, my AT is upped to:
2 Princes Assault
BoC on Sorc
Zerkers Assault
Vindi's pies
LR once it's dumped the zerkers
Blastmaster
I know it's not a huge amount but it should work a little better... This list should also be v good vs hordes. Balanced marines will be its death I think but o well-can't kill em all.
