I keep being tempted by an Imperial Fists army but I get scared by that amount of yellow. Your Lamenters pull it off superbly!

2.Devlan mud wash
3.Iyanden Darksun
4.Golden yellow highlight
That is the yellow in a nut shell.
The third HQ is just there for variety and options...

I saw this army on bol's a few weeks ago, never figured you were a member of dakka Aventine. Still kudos on the army. noticed a few of your models still arn't based properly but im sure you have already finished or are well on your way to getting that done.

I've started my own Lamenters recently, but I'm not happy with their colours. It is a far more mustard, being based off Iyanden Darksun with a Gryphonne Sepia wash. This is also the same as my Bad Moons, and I think I may want a different shade of yellow for these fellas. I may strip my models so far and go with your colour scheme. Or I may decide I don't have the energy.
Have you made up any new fluff for you army? I was going to go with the idea that they were not allowed to recruit any new scouts during their 100 year penitent crusade, so have only just begun recruiting replacement marines and are currently heavily reliant on their techmarines for vehicles, Dreads and servitor forces.
I also have a squad of Mentor Legion marines and a Mentor Legion Captain to break up the yellow a little. My Predator is currently in Mentor Legion colours too, but in the long run that will certainly be stripped and repainted. It is a 15 year old paint job with about 4 layers on it, so it really needs it!
