The Green stuff is a 2 part epoxy putty that turns green when mixed properly. I'm relatively new here and I must say I've never been to a more friendly and helpful community. Welcome!

Welcome to dakka

best moulding putty ive found is green stuff from games workshop, allways use it.

if your making cloaks / robes or hoods then there is a quick and easy way:

cut a piece of thick paper to the shape of the desired item, dip it in watered down PVA glue, then apply it to the model, use tweasers to shape it however you want.
once its dry give it a coat of slightly thicker PVA + water and let that dry, it looks great and its simple

Yes, please.

Lets hope that "solidus" has long since been made to feel welcome here.

Also, any time you start to type "Not to be rude but...", well, that's probably a good reason to STOP typing as odds are, you're going to say something rude and/or inappropriate.
