Well i like them... i think the price are hmm....
well $1200 would be justified, but people are competing to get it right... so anything more is certainly normal.
*PS look at his old works. He had a bad moon ork army too, they were really nice.

What would you do with them?
I certainly wouldn't play with them.
I wouldn't display them, as they aren't mine.
For that money a reaver + other FW goodness or a full new army would look very nice in comparison.

I have to say, much as I admire the skill and quality of the models, I would never spend that much on a small set of models.
I would just be scared to play with them.

10K every 5 years? I recently resigned a job making something like 35X that, and I didn't have a house let alone a mansion!
Painting models for a living could work with high end pieces. It probably took her 6-12 months to do that. It just can't pay for itself. Painting for money only work if you have a high turnover. But you were probably being sarcastic.
