Page 84. Marneus Calgar's Entry:

"Armour of Antilochus: Calgar may choose to wear this suit of Terminator armour, which includes a Teleport homer."

So, Marneus Calgar gets a 2+ Armour Save, and a Teleport Homer.

To be fair, Marneus Calgar's entry has lots of words in it. Anyone could make this mistake.

All terminatiors have a 2+ save and 5+ invulnerable save. Marneus is just one better.
He's the chapter master of the most prolific chapter of the space marines, he better have some pretty cool swag.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

I think the Black Templar outnumber them. Aren't the BT somewhere near the order ot 1700+?

According to the fluff, about half of the known Space Marine chapters are genetic descendents of the Ultramarines, due to the fact that the Ultramarine Legion swelled to gigantic proportions during the Horus Heresy.

Plus I don't think their geneseed has mutated significantly over the millenia, meaning that they're the go to seed-donors when the High Lords of Terra commission the inception of another chapter of the Adeptus Astartes.

Not really, Terminators with Storm Shields(like Lysander) have 2+/3+ inv.

-cough- You think the Ulramarines are actually a chapter?

I'll break it to you straight, those "Chapters" you think are descendent from Ultramarines, are actually a cleaver way of naming their Companies so the High Lords don't exterminatus the lot of them

Gogo Conspiracy theories!

Funny you bring this up, it actually states this 'in a fashion' in the Dark Angels codex. In fact the 'first' or 'highest circle' is filled with all the chapter masters from the Dark Angel 'sub' chapters with the current Dark Angel chapter master as the head guy.

The Ultramarine Chapter according to the latest Codex are almost similar, with a great many chapters (Ultramarine decedents notably the Genesis Chapter among others) still heed the call of the 'Master of Ultramar'.

He's already got W4 and Eternal Warrior. Feel No Pain would be a bit of over-kill.

If the game were big enough you could always take a captain, then give Marneus the captain's command squad. Most people play that the apothecary's FNP can apply to ICs in the unit.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

I think you mean "Everyone plays like this because that's what the rules say?"

Still.. the idea isnt a bad one. Would it be worth it though, compared to a bunch of termies?
